This is the 12th season for Jumpstart Volleyball Club.  We are a club that focuses on fundamentals while offering competitiveness in the various age groups and teams.  Our goal is to help your daughter acquire skills to enhance her opportunities to play high school volleyball.  We offer teams in the Power (Competitive) league, which travels throughout Northern California and in the Area (Developmental) league, which travels usually within 90 minutes from Santa Clara County.  Both leagues are governed by the Northern California Volleyball Association (NCVA).

We specialize in teaching and developing young girls with little or no prior volleyball experience.  On the 12 & under developmental teams, the focus will mainly be on teaching sound passing and serving skills.  This is an entry level of volleyball for our club.  All teams will practice two times during the week, with no weekend practices.  We also offer a skills clinic for additional and more in depth development of individual skills.

Although our main focus is fundamentals, we also seek to provide competitiveness at each respective age level while keeping in mind time commitments from not only players but also their families.  The season begins in November for all teams and ends in first weekend in June for the Area teams and the first weekend in May for the Power teams, except those teams that qualify for Junior Olympics.
